Images of a Summer Supper
We’re on vacation this week, but I still have a few posts scheduled to go up while I’m gone…first up, just some pictures of a recent summer supper of ours. On the menu: Peppers stuffed with Israeli couscous, feta, chickpeas and zucchini (from Smitten Kitchen), sweet local corn on the cob, sweet-and-sour cucumber dill salad….
…and for dessert, blueberry cobbler with sour cream biscuits. Recipe from The Joy of Cooking, and by far one of the BEST blueberry desserts I’ve ever made!
